What I Eat In Day! πŸ˜‹ | Food Freedom In CHRIST! ✝️
Hey Besties! πŸ™πŸΎπŸ€—πŸ’• What does it look like to find peace with food and learn to care for your body in a way that honours God? 🀍 In today’s video, I’m sharing what I eat in a day and talking about what food freedom in Christ means to me. This journey is about more than food or losing weight. It’s about learning to exercise self-control, make better choices, and steward the body God has given me without living in guilt, fear, or condemnation. I want to learn how to nourish my body well, find balance, and stop allowing food to have so much control over my thoughts. I want my choices to reflect the life I’m learning to live with Christ at the centre. And this doesn’t just apply to food. It’s about trusting God with my life through every season, including the ups and downs, the days when things feel easy, and the days when they don’t. It’s about choosing to trust Him, remain faithful, and take things one day at a time. I’m learning that food freedom isn’t about doing whatever I want it’s about learning to make choices with wisdom, self-control, and peace instead of fear and guilt. This is me learning to live out my faith in the everyday things, one choice at a time. 🀍 Thank you for being here and spending part of your day with me! If you’re on your own journey of learning to honour God in the way you care for yourself, I hope this video encourages you. Let’s remember that our lives belong to God, and even the little choices we make each day can be an opportunity to honour Him. ✨ “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31 Don’t forget to LIKE, COMMENT, and SUBSCRIBE if you’d like to join me on this journey! ❤️ #FoodFreedomInChrist #WhatIEatInADay #ChristianLifestyle #FaithAndHealth #WeightLossJourney

Wake up on the healthy side of bed with these seven morning habits that will help keep you losing weight all day: 1. Don’t Skip Breakfast to Lose Weight It’s tempting if you’re in a hurry (or think sparing yourself the calories will help), but meal-skipping is a major no-no if you’re trying to lose weight. It just backfires on you, boosting your appetite and inviting bingeing later on. In one study at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, people who skipped breakfast or other meals lost almost eight fewer pounds than those who didn’t. 2. Have Protein The breakfast of weight loss champions is a high-protein meal. People who ate a sausage and egg-based breakfast (containing 35 grams of protein) felt fuller and ate less at lunch than a similar group who either ate a low-protein breakfast or skipped it altogether in a study published in the International Journal of Obesity in 2015. Another study found that eating eggs in the morning can help you eat less for the next ...
