Saving this recipe because these were GOOD. 😋ðŸĪŠðŸ˜ Ingredients * 3 large bananas, mashed * 2 eggs * 1 tbsp vanilla extract * 1 tbsp honey * 1 cup oats * 1 bag of nuts (your choice) * ½ cup hemp hearts * ½ cup all-purpose flour * 1 tbsp cinnamon * 1 tbsp baking powder * 2 tbsp cocoa powder * 2 tbsp stevia sweetener * ¼ cup chunky natural peanut butter * 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt * 1 large Cadbury Milk Chocolate bar, chopped * 2 tbsp coconut flakes For the topping * Banana slices * Coconut flakes * A sprinkle of cinnamon Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 385°F. 2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. 3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, honey, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined. 4. Add the oats, hemp hearts, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, cocoa powder, and stevia sweetener. Mix until everything is well incorporated. 5. Fold in the chopped Cadbury chocolate and coconut flakes. 6. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners and evenly divide the batter between the cups. 7. Top each muffin with banana slices, coconut flakes, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 8. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 385°F, or until the muffins are cooked through. 9.
