Motivational Video

The ego feeds off this video. Giving you a high. You’re procrastinating right now by watching this video which face it, you’re either still watching it now like I am writing this, or you’re gonna say what’s the harm, I wanna watch it. And I get that. I watched these videos a lot and realized that this motivational speech only does its job if this knowledge or insight is put into action. Watching this will give you that warm fuzzy feeling inside you’ve been looking for, but it will only last however long this video is... and so you’ll go onto the next one.

Watch this then and have this be the LAST MOTIVATIONAL video you will ever need. Just be. And be present. Because presence is all there is. No more intellectual analysis. No more procrastination. Just count down from 5 and do it. Simply because you can. The smallest things build mountains.

Start now. And if you don’t. That’s okay, you just weren’t ready for this yet cause you’re trying to understand it. The truth is there’s nothing left for you to understand. Just know that it’s not the video that’s giving you this feeling or my words but your belief in them. The words are in you.

Believe you can and do it. And keep doing it. One minute a day you’re brain will get hooked and need more of it. Trying implies failure. You can’t fail at something, you can only learn. Last motivational video I watched was with Mel Robbins as she explained why our brains aren’t motivated for things because we fear change even if don’t consider something as change because it’s such a small thing.
needless to say I realized there’s nothing wrong with me, everyone is unmotivated it’s why we have these videos, but the trick is to see all these prolific people and active minds as people who consciously make the choice to do it in those 3-5 seconds. Because that’s all it takes. Start from there. And see where it takes you. If this helps just one person, I am thankful.

The Best Source of Vitamin D

If one is going to make an evolutionary argument for what a “natural” vitamin D level may be, how about getting vitamin D in the way nature intended—that is, from the sun instead of supplements? I run through the pros and cons in my video The Best Way to Get Vitamin D: Sun, Supplements, or Salons? . Though supplements may only cost about 10 dollars a year, sunlight is free. We never have to worry about getting too much vitamin D from sunlight, since our body has a way to regulate production in the skin, so if we get our D from the sun, we don’t have to trust poorly regulated supplement companies not to mislabel their products. Indeed, only about half the supplement brands that researchers tested came within 10 percent of their labeled amount. Sunlight may also have benefits beyond vitamin D, such as how our body may use the sun’s near-infra-red rays that penetrate our skin to activate chlorophyll by-products in our bloodstream to make Co-Q10.
